Better Grids for Clean Energy: T&D Europe and Europacable first joint policy event

Join us on 22 November at 14.30 in BluePoint Brussels conference centre at T&D Europe and Europacable first joint policy event

Energy transition, Digitalisation, Electrification…The EU energy market is in the midst of a transformation.

The electricity grid is the fundamental infrastructure that is litterally bringing clean energy to all Europeans. In this context, how do we make sure we meet the objectives of the EU? What kind of grids do we need in the future to interconnect all Member states? And how do we make sure all consumers have access to the most innovative smart grids that enable them to save energy and unlock new services?

T&D Europe and Europcable members are Europe’s grid technology providers, respectively for the electricity transmission and distribution equipement and service and for cable technology. The two associations are joining their expertise to tackle today’s key challenges to the grid infrastructure and highlight opportunities arising from the latest technology developments.

On 22 November, join stakeholders from the European Commission’s DG Energy, the European Parliament, electric network operators, renewables generation, the academia and grid technology experts to exchange on how we can provide better electricity grids to ensure clean energy for all Europeans.
